If your request is flexible, we may be able to help you engineer an alternative solution which fits within our wheel house. Victory comes more readily when a promise is made within the scope of reasonable capability. At the end of the day, we declare victory when you declare victory.

Quality is a hot topic these days. Consistently producing good quality products requires knowledge of a process, a willingness to care, and an honest effort put forth to ensure the process meets established standards. In other words, check stuff and make sure it's correct. When a rare mistake does occur, we will own it, and we will do what we can to make it right. Due dates are important to us because they are important to you. When a contracted date is agreed upon, we will do what we can to ensure the date it met. If we suspect a due date cannot be met, we will contact you to explore options. We expect our suppliers to deliver on time. You should expect the same of us.
